Im sat in a ” Room” near Manchester airport. Not a hotel.. im too tight.. a room in a refurbed house. Flying to Barcelona tomorrow…

6 nights.. with Pal.. (Roadie 1 a)  after a few days at Edinburgh fringe. (with Roadie 1 b).. with no intention of performing i did end up on an improv comedy stady reciting Dirt lyrics.

sachiko wife- guitar engine room is in Japan. So im hustling a busy mind… Diverting things i could be doing in house.

Just realising no natter… radio silence for over 5 weeks.

since 21 july. we have done Firedance – Outcider fest – Koz fest – Boomtown and INfest.  busy!!

Theres alot to talk about.. mega fests.. top folk.. ace settings..  new scenes.. but  ive got side tracked…

The Dirt have just started a month off.. sachiko is away.. And ive been invited to tour graveyards… not Goudi greats!!

So.. what ill do is poster a load of images from.beltin fest and write words to sum up each succinctly.

Firedance – Cohesive chaos in a Durham field community centre and field with punks and ravers…

Outcider – Fuelled by cider in a somerset sheep.shed with rock – folk – punk – and alternative gatherings

Kozfest – Psychedlic sonic space rock awakenings and levitation on a wizard wandering welsh farm.

Boomtown – A dustbowl of post apocalyptic punk in a hangar nestled amongst the youthful gaiety

INfest – Gothic tribal gatherings on an industrial level with darkwaves of post punk thread through a dance and monocrome film veil.
